Support Contracts

We support both domestic and business customers. 

Because the contract system was intended to be cost effective, give priority cover and peace-of-mind, we need to re-emphasise this. The Domestic contract is basically paying a retainer for possible future needs while ensuring our quickest response and free telephone support. This should give you pease-of-mind that should things go wrong there is someone there to help you out. We call this contract a 35/17 meaning your anuual service charge is £35 and the hourly rate is £17 charged to your account. From your perspective you are only paying the monthly subscription we sort out the rest.

Contributions start at £9.95 per month but these payments can reduce if usage is lower than the average.

The way we charge is complex but basically from your perspective what you pay is the set monthly amount which loads your account with funds we bill your account when you use us and providing you stay within the average there will no more to pay.

Business Contracts

Business contracts work in much the same way as domestic contracts but business needs are are often more varied so we taylor our contract to those needs. On average business users should contribute a minimum of £45.00 per month. If your needs are less than this we would encourage you to look at a domestic contract.

The two basic business contracts we do is 55/45 or 95/25. 55/45 is for low usage where you only call us out once or twice a year, hourly rate is £45 anunual service charge is £55.00. However if you find your needs are greater then by paying £95 per year for your annual service charge your hourly rate is reduced to £25 per hour.

We guarantee a response time on a same-day/next-day basis. You take priority over domestic contracts. If for example you suffer fire or theft loss we will have a loan machine to your place of work as quickly as possible that working day you report it.

We also aim to train your staff how to recover from simple breakdowns or malfunctioning machines.

We can supply you with all your computer related needs in most cases cheaper than you could obtain them yourself.
